Professional adds 30 workspaces (vs 3 on Essentials), high-resolution 2x retina downloads and bulk image upload. If you're managing more than a handful of clients at a time, Professional is the right choice.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.

Your mockups are never deleted. If you cancel a paid plan, your account moves to the free tier and any mockups beyond the free plan limits will become read-only until you re-subscribe. Nothing is permanently removed.

Annual billing charges you upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate - equivalent to getting 2 months free compared to paying monthly. Essentials annual is $12/mo (billed $140/yr), Professional annual is $20/mo (billed $240/yr), and Agency annual is $58/mo (billed $696/yr).

No. Client review workspaces and magic sign-in review links are included in every paid plan at no extra cost. Your reviewers don't need an account or a paid subscription either.

Every paid plan includes at least one user seat. Add more team members for $10/mo per seat on any plan - Essentials, Professional or Agency. Agency plans start with 6 included seats.
