Can I use Mockupduck on my phone?

Yes! Mockupduck has been designed to provide the same great experience and features on your mobile device, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

Do I need to download an app to use Mockupduck?

No, you not need to download anything to use Mockupduck. Sign in to use Mockupduck in your browser on any device.

Will there be new templates added to the mockup library?

We are working to add more templates on a regular basis. Expect to see new platforms added, new styles such as "Dark Mode" and new mockup types such as Posts and Stories.

Are my mockups and campaigns private?

Yes, we take your privacy very seriously. Only you have access to your mockups.


How many mockups can I create?

As many as you need! There are no restrictions to the number of mockups, campaigns or brands that you can create.

What sizes can I download my mockups?

You can download your mockups at Standard and High Resolution (2x/Retina).

Can I download my mockups at an even higher resolution?

If you need your mockups at an even high resolution, please contact us.

What file format can I download my mockups?

Mockups are exported in PNG image format.

What file formats can I upload my images?

You can upload your profile photos, cover photos and more in PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF.

How does the free plan work?

It's completely free, with no credit card required. If you chose to upgrade, you will keep every mockup you have created with your free plan.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

You do not need a credit card to sign up for our free plan. If you would like access to all of our features, you can upgrade your account at any time.

I canceled my paid plan. Can I get it back?

Yes — if you cancel your subscription, you will be downgraded to the free plan. You can upgrade again at any time to regain unlimited access to all of our templates and features.

If my credit card expires, can I update my payment details?
